What to expect
Enjoy indoor spa facilities and outdoor hot-spring pools in the mountains of Uljin. We suggest allowing half a day and combining your visit with an overnight stay in Uljin, given the long journey from Seoul. Accommodation and private spa rooms are not included in this ticket.

The venue estimates about 4 hours by car from Seoul, or about 5 hours via Dong Seoul Bus Terminal → Uljin or Bugu → a local bus to the hotel. Confirm services and final connections for your travel date. Arrange the terminal-to-spa and return journeys in advance. Use the hotel/spa address, number 924, rather than the condo at 921.

Bring swimwear and a cap. Aqua shoes are not allowed. Children 1.4m or shorter need a life jacket; under-24-months need swim diapers. Changing rooms are gender-separated. Naver states age 4+, while the venue website states 5+; check arrangements for a 4-year-old before booking. Rentals cost extra. Strollers cannot be used inside; ask the venue before booking if you need mobility assistance.

Is Spa World the same as a bath-only ticket?
They have different access scopes. Read the selected product’s included areas and operating hours; do not assume a bath-only ticket includes the Spa World pools. Prepare swimwear for the spa areas.
Can I visit Deokgu on a trip from Seoul?
Deokgu is in Uljin on Korea’s east coast, not in the Seoul metropolitan area. Plan the intercity journey and local transfer separately, allow enough travel time and check the return service before booking.

Hours & closures
- Spa World: weekdays 10:00–19:00; weekends/holidays 10:00–20:00. Main hot-spring baths: daily 06:00–22:00. Open year-round, subject to change. The 06:00–22:00 Naver header is not Spa World’s pool schedule.
- Current tickets are valid 16 September–31 October 2026. During Chuseok, 24–27 September, only weekend tickets are accepted.
Tickets, ages & inclusions
- Includes Spa World and the main hot-spring baths. Adult: middle-school year 1 onward (14+ as listed). Child: 24 months through elementary year 6 (13 or younger). Under 24 months enter free with proof of age.
- Same-day purchase/use is allowed. Choose the correct male/female ticket. Discounts cannot be combined. Regular weekday adult/child prices: ₩26,000/₩17,000; weekend: ₩32,000/₩23,000.
How to enter
- Scan your booking barcode at the self-service kiosk and print the ticket. Exchange it for a wristband at the counter, then enter.
Experiences & amenities
- The facility describes its water as naturally flowing hot-spring water. Spa World includes outdoor baths, Terraqua, Action Spa and a children’s slide. Main baths include warm baths, a jade cold bath, jade/amethyst saunas and heated relaxation beds.
Before your visit
- Swimwear and a cap are required; only adult swimwear is rented, and caps can be purchased. Children 1.4m or shorter need a life jacket; under-24-month infants need swim diapers. Children need a guardian; ages 4+ must use gender-appropriate sauna/changing rooms.
- Outside food is generally prohibited. Exceptions: drinks/water in non-glass containers, baby food such as porridge for infants under 12 months, and peeled, seedless fruit.
- Boats/inflatables may be size-limited. Mats, strollers, telephoto cameras, slippers, aqua shoes, fins, oils and cosmetics are not permitted as specified in the facility rules.
- Entry may be restricted at capacity. Lost shoe-locker/locker keys incur a ₩20,000 replacement charge. Guardians must supervise children; the facility states it does not accept responsibility for accidents caused by negligence.
Cancellation & refunds
- The published policy permits a full refund for unused tickets. Partial use/cancellation is not allowed; purchase the quantity that will be used together.
